The kitchen included maple cabinetry, Corian countertops, professional appliances, bamboo flooring, wine storage, nickel light fixtures, and custom woodwork accents at bar area. The master bathroom feature porcelain tile and accents on the floor, walls, and countertop. The floor has radiant heating. Designer sinks and faucets sit on top of a custom quartersawn oak vanity. The vanity was crafted by a furniture maker and features book matched doors and mohagany inlay on the drawers.

The kitchen features custom quartersawn white oak cabinets with soap stone countertops, a custom stainless steel farmhouse sink, professional appliances, and designer fixtures. The island features a remote controlled raising bar made of glass and stainless steel. The hall bath shower feature glass subway tile over the tub with a limestone top and a frameless shower door. The vanity includes a matching limestone top with designer fixtures. The wall is tiles with glass mosaics.
CHESLEY AVE - (Kitchen, Media Room, Pool Room, Baths, Fireplaces)
This project was a whole house remodel and addition. The project included a 600 square foot addition for a pool room, food service area, and a bathroom. Also included a complete kitchen remodel, converting the family room into the new media room, remodeled hall bath, remodeled entry, remodeled kids bath, and refacing of two fireplaces.
RANCHO HIGUERA ROAD (Kitchen)
This project was a complete kitchen remodel. The project included custom cherry cabinets, black granite countertops, professional appliances, satin nickel lighting and plumbing fixtures, hardwood floors and Pella wood windows.
DUTRA COURT (Hardscape/Landscape)
This project was a complete a new hardscape and landscape installation, including trellis, arbor, water fountain, raised planters, interlocking pavers, irrigation, planting and lighting.
